FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about FlyBuddy.
How does FlyBuddy find cheap flights?
You tell it where you want to go in plain words. FlyBuddy turns that into many searches at once: flexible dates, nearby airports and different trip lengths. Then it keeps checking the route and compares every new price with the route's history.
When do I get an alert?
Only when the price is genuinely good: well below what that route normally costs, under the budget you gave, or so low it looks like a fare error. Each alert says how much below normal the price is and how confident FlyBuddy is.
Do I need to install an app?
No. FlyBuddy lives in WhatsApp. The website is where you can see your alerts, price charts and account settings, but everything also works by chat.
Does FlyBuddy sell tickets?
No. FlyBuddy finds the price and sends you the link to book directly with the airline or travel site. You always pay the seller, never us.
What is a fare error?
Sometimes an airline publishes a price far below normal by mistake. They are rare, disappear fast and are sometimes cancelled by the airline, so FlyBuddy flags them clearly and re-checks the price before telling you.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan watches up to 3 routes at a time, forever. Pro removes the limit; see the pricing page for the current plans. Payment is by card, PIX or boleto.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
FlyBuddy speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, and shows prices in your currency (BRL, USD, EUR and more).
How do I stop alerts?
Reply "stop" to any alert on WhatsApp, or pause or delete the alert in your dashboard.
